What to Expect

Clara Alexander clinic is the UltraStrands Official online consultation and advice platform created to give you information about the Ultrastrands options and which solutions are best for you. During the consultation we will discuss your concerns with a view to providing you with the best solutions for you. 

You will have the option to purchase a hair system directly from us or visit a partner salon in the event a bespoke solution is required.

Consultation costs £35

How Long Does it Last

Our consultations generally last one hour, additional time may be required for more complex solutions.

How Do I Purchase

You will have the option to purchase a hair system directly from us for select/custom products or from any of our partner salons for bespoke solutions.

What happens After

All solutions purchased directly from us, will be shipped to your nominated address. Standard hair systems can take between four and six weeks to arrive.

Once your hair system has been delivered. You can book an appointment with any of our partner salons for installation.
