Take a trip to our beautiful city of Chester and visit our design studio.

Where you will be greeted by our friendly reception and offered a selection of refreshments before settling down to the session.

Our resident designer will take you step by step through all the materials used to create an UltraStrands Systems and the ethos behind each process. You will learn the key differences between our unique solution and other products currently available.

You will experience demonstrations of how each component is transformed into bespoke solutions and understand the need for our technicians to be diligent and precise in their work.

A consultation is also included in your visit which includes the following :

Selection of colour combinations, lengths, densities and hair texture(s).

Two custom / bespoke designs based on your specifications, budget and requirements.
Full end to end pricing of your system
Six months manufactures warranty
Certification of your design

Note: there is no obligation to purchase any designs constructed for you during your visit.

A visit to our design studio is charged at £50 and session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes

How long does delivery take for my volumiser

When you place an order with UltraStrands, our dedicated team commence a three-step process. First, we source and treat the hair to ensure its quality and durability, your unique base is then created and finally hair is added one strand at a time. As each volumiser is made specifically for every client, typically orders take between four to thirteen weeks.

Where is my volumiser delivered

Once your volumiser has been created it can be sent directly to you or your chosen approved Salon for installation.

Who will Contact me once my volumiser is ready

You will receive a series of Emails from UltraStrands tracking the process of your volumiser. Once ready you will be notified accordingly. If you have requested for your order to be sent to an approved salon you will be contacted by them to book in for your installation.
